This project gives a new spin to the phrase Live Feed by constantly tweeting updates of your food bites. TwEat mocks fun at our urges to constantly update the rest of the world about our trivial life activities and tech companies trying to capitalize those impulses. TwEat was developed at the Stupid Shit That No One Needs and Terrible Ideas Hackathon.
The alligator clips going into the food are a technical requirement but also a visual indicator of the ridiculousness of the idea. I fear that the only thing stopping this from being a real product is those wires. Once someone finds a cool way to wirelessly do this, I won't be surprised if this hits the market.
